THE CROSSING APARTMENTS

The Crossing is a residential rental building in the up-and-coming Idylwyld neighbourhood of Caswell Hill, Saskatoon.

Situated near train tracks, The Crossing’s industrial, yet modern aesthetic was carried through the branding and print materials. We also developed a website and marketing strategies to give prospective tenants a unique impression of the building, its amenities, and the surrounding neighbourhood. On the ground in Saskatoon, we interviewed local business owners and captured photographs of the neighbourhood to portray the creative and flourishing community.
